Justin Holland

Justin brings more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets, with deep expertise across a wide range of asset classes and derivatives. Having worked in Australia, Singapore, London and New York, Justin has built strong, long-standing relationships with clients across international markets.

During Justin’s career with BNP Paribas, Justin led trading and sales teams across multiple regions, managed a significant regional commodities business, and worked closely with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Justin is recognised for a collaborative approach, clear communication, and a commitment to providing practical, client-focused advice. Justin believes strong financial outcomes are built on trust, transparency, and a genuine understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Finance (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Justin also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Mt Eliza Bendigo Bank Community Branch, reflecting a commitment to supporting local communities and promoting financial wellbeing.
